American scientists announced they had recreated nuclear fusion by producing more energy than was inputted.

“Communities have been clear — safeguarding lands and waters will help build a strong future for generations to come,” Trudeau said. “As a government, our role is to listen and support that vision.” In fact, the EverWind project, touted for its potential to convert wind-generated electricity into a sorely-needed green product, will be powered partly by coal, at least in its initial years of operation.

“So if we’re not hitting our targets, I’d like to know why. And how we plan to address that. Because this is too important.”
