“It’s hard to do if all we’re doing is throwing darts at each other because the real-life impact of that is that the conversations aren’t happening, the decisions aren’t made, the agreements aren’t reached, the projects aren’t green lit, the shovels do not get into the ground the jobs are not created,” said Notley.
