Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor has cited his government’s “real experience” in dealing with fluctuating gas prices. “We got the gas price, which peaked at over $20 a gigajoule down to, in my time as energy minister, we got it down to $5 a gigajoule,” Mr Taylor told Sky News Australia.
