1. The 'coldest' neighbourhoods in Leeds
The following Leeds areas were identified by Friends of the Earth as having the lowest incomes and the least energy-efficient homes. All areas had an income decile number of one - the lowest average income.The Wickham Street, Seftons and Harlechs neighbourhood, near Cross Flats Park, was the 20th coldest neighbourhood in Yorkshire. Homes had an average energy efficiency rating of 54.52 .
