Judge rejects ‘bio-energy’ therapist’s ‘fantastic’ claim he knew nothing about massive gun and drugs cache seized from his Etobicoke apartment

Daniel Dubajic’s “entire account is so fantastic that it defies credulity,” Toronto Superior Court Justice Andras Schreck said on Friday, convicting Dubajic on dozens of weapons and drugs offences.that he knew nothing about the 56 handguns, 12 long guns, 15,000 rounds of ammunition and more than 100 kilograms of cocaine, five kilograms of Fentanyl and 30 kilograms of crystal meth police found in his two-bedroom apartment in south Etobicoke two years ago.

At the time, Toronto police called Dubajic’s arrest their biggest single-day seizure of weapons and drugs in the police force’s history. Dubajic told court he works as a painter and home renovator, but that he started supplementing his income by selling small amounts of cocaine to friends. R.J. paid him $500 a month and moved in boxes containing pop and trinkets he said he’d imported from China, Dubajic said.

Less than an hour later, the officers busted down Dubajic’s door and discovered the weapons and drugs in the two rooms.

Now send him to prison for a very long time.
