Ukraine has been able to fix much of this infrastructure, sometimes within hours, in efforts that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has described as heroic.

At first, companies like DTEK were able to cannibalize disused domestic infrastructure to repair damaged assets while also appealing to the former Soviet Baltic states, which used similar systems.Other equipment the Ukrainians increasingly need includes circuit breakers, which protect against too much electric current flowing through a wire or system or short circuits, cables and insulating materials, according to Mr. Timchenko.

but Zelensky knew about the war for 6 months he told the Washington Post about it. why he wasn't prepared? Western countries sent 110 billion to Ukraine.Why he did not buy the necessary equipment? for 9 months of the war, Zelensky realized that the country could be bombed🤦🤷🏼♀️
As well as for the military industry & logistics.. attacking el energy grid isn't Russian invention but US playbook in every invasion they've done the only difference; Russ took too long to damage infrastructure that are legitimate military but would damage civilians as well
