AlexHBeech Surprise? Surprise? We have 12 years to fix things Keep all fossil fuels in the ground, plant trees now and ban all plastic for starters. Make sure you ring, email and pester every politician Here is the science

AlexHBeech What a load of rubbish, this stupid accord and the alarmists are. China, India, RSA, Russia, Bangladesh and others are building over 300 coal fired power stations while we Twitter now. These countries promised nothing and no money. Aust emissions are nothing in the world picture.

AlexHBeech It does matter anyway as China's annual increase in emissions is greater than Australia's total emissions. And China has no concrete policies to do anything PRIOR to 2030. Apart from build 220 coal fired power plants and confirmed have plans for another 266. 😁

AlexHBeech Waste of time on two counts: 1. CO2 has not been shown to be the co trip knob 2. Even if it was, reducing our small 1.5% of global emissions would mean crippling the country!for no benefit based on China and India’s building emissions. We are supplying coal to both - what a joke

AlexHBeech The abc obviously does not respect Christmas. We Australians believe that we can all be better neighbors to each other We believe Christmas provides a wonderful opportunity to bind friendships The spirit of Christmas is a reminder of our responsibilities as Australians.

AlexHBeech Yet another failure to the part of the LNP or, as their current leader would have it, The Muppet Party. Hopefully the next Federal Government will see them as a minor party and someone with the strength to lead as PM.

AlexHBeech China has been making all of our solar panels, so that has pushed up the emissions in their country... Apparently Solar Panels take a lot of energy to make, and may not produce the same amount of energy in their lifetime as was required to produce them...
