The European Union’s Copernicus Climate Change Service, in a seasonal outlook released Sunday, said it had grown more confident of milder weather than usual over the next three months in Europe. But it warned cold snaps are likely through December.
This is not a boost for Europe's energy security, it's a temporary stay of execution. The US must become energy independent, and so should every country.
