Oh now the left is going to allocate us a 'carbon budget ' ? Screw off. This has gotten completely out of control. Everytime i read an article like this i want to use as much fossil fuel as I possibly can. I'm going to idle my SUV for an hour just to make up for this tool.

Adopting this mindset in the US would be harder, especially transportation wise, but it is doable. We just seem to lack the will.
