Desalination is getting cheaper. Harvard should stick to traditional investing. Water rights = speculation. Sure the POM lady made billions on charging Southern California outrageous 'pumping' prices for water, but soon the state will put a stop to the nonsense.

When worse comes to worse, water rights won't be something that a private corporation can hold on to, unless it has a private army. The billionaire class lucked out on Trump being the populist this time. Next time, they might not be so lucky.
