Most of what you're looking at is steam from the water cooling towers, which is harmless.

By the way those big towers are only cooling towers, so that is actually only condensation, no harmful stuff at all, the two long thin towers they are for the steam boilers,not that i believe they are doing any harm! PS.WHat happened to 'global warming'?
