Simple solution cut off all transfer payments until they allow it to go through. Since they are a welfare province it won't take long to get approved

Quebec doesn't care as long as Alberta keeps sending them outrageous equalization payments. Funny how pipelines are bad but dumping millions of liters of sewage into rivers and lakes is ok.
