A Michigan court has once again ruled in favour of the international rule of law and energy security and against political opportunism.

This week, District Court Judge Janet Neff booted Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s bid to shut down the Line 5 pipeline out of her court and over to the U.S. federal court, where it belongs.

This is the second time Neff has ruled against Michigan on Line 5. Last November, she made a similar ruling which the state appealed on a technicality.Article content Take a look at what happened in Europe, where Western countries abandoned nuclear and coal-fired energy generation in an attempt to jump on the “green” bandwagon.
