Only pay 1$ a month as long as you pay they can’t shut you off

My parents are in their 70s with $500 light bill! This is a lot of their retirement or SS money…How is this ok for our elderly population?!? Have AC or eat? Hmmmm…..

Im not dealing very well. Im a disabled single mom on a very, very small fixed income. And with the gas prices that were high, grocery prices increased, car insurance increased & now this I literally dont have money for all these things & cant get help because of my zip code.
