The only way to actually do it is with green hydrogen and FCEVs. Green H2 requires all the same skills as O&G, no jobs lost. FCEVs require far more workers.
It's becoming painfully obvious that they need an alternative. Hydrogen or e-fuels must see real investment. A battery monopoly is the height of short-sighted thinking.
