Russia is flexing its muscles as climate change opens up new possibilities in the north

Russia is the only trusted guardian of the Arctic. It’s Russian flag waving at the North Pole. US has no claim because Russians sold Alaska to the US— just the land. Canada does not even have right in Canada let alone the Arctic.
