The electric-vehicle maker’s employees are required to spend at least 40 hours a week in the office, the Tesla boss said this week in an email to staff that was confirmed by The Wall Street Journal.
Seems like Musky doesn’t understand that without employees, there’s no money
Does this mean he’ll be in the office 40 hours a week also?
I wonder how this will affect tesla in the future ?
So we can have autonomous vehicles but not autonomous human beings?
Good. It's time to weed out all the lazy F*s who've spent the last 2+ years doing F* all.
I'm buying electric cars. They won't be Teslas for numerous reasons, including this.
This is why I say that management is a specific skill set You might be smart, brilliant even, but that doesn't make you good at management
Yeah, seems like a typical work week to me.
Master needs his wage slaves
Guess he didn’t get the memo on remote productivity. But the Tesla employee needs minding.
Mass departures from Tesla - F elonmusk
Excellent move, Musk. They gotta work. No more bull.... from home.👍
The boss has spoken.
Please implement this in all the companies soon—
But if I go off premise for lunch daily do I have to make up that time by working late and not getting paid cuz I'm salaried? Just asking for tesla employees
They can always quit if they don’t like the rules. You don’t have to work.
Musk gets everyday closer to the conservative mindset. 40 hours is almost all the week. Blue collars must be in the plant, but 75% of staff could probably benefit from the flexible / home office options. Again, a need to do the buzz for nothing
At LEAST 40 Hours? How long is the work week? UnionizeTesla
If you work at Tesla, just remember that every major auto manufacturers is working on electric vehicles as well as autonomous driving. Your skills are transferrable.
