Listed gas explorer Jade Gas Holdings and clean energy business Environmental Clean Technologies were both fronting investors for $5 million share placements on Tuesday morning.

Jade Gas’s projects are in Mongolia, and it wants to become a long-term supplier to the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar and regional areas.

It had MST Financial Services and Peloton Capital asking investors for $5 million at 5.2¢ a share, a 20 per cent discount to the last closing price. Elsewhere, Environmental Clean Technologies had Peak Asset Management and Kaai Capital drumming up interest in a $5 million placement at 3¢ a share. The offer included a two-for-three listed option.

Lastly, listed explorer Alice Queen Limited was in a $600,000 cash call, with room for up to $2 million in oversubscriptions.
