Website and APP not working. My smart meter was £3 at 6pm 6 hours later now £6. From 6am to 6pm cost £3 and 6pm to 12am later £6.

Good news is that the British MPs will have a pay rise of more than £2000 tomorrow, while people arz struggling to decide if they eat or pay their energy bills.

odd that their main sites are ok its account access that is denied , which suits them as they prevent readings being given at todays prices

Genuine question, never in my life have I seen this type of a manual system where you rely on self-reported meter readings and then pay. Do you not get a bill that you can scan a QR code and pay by your banking app? What alternate universe is this?
Take a picture of your meter readings and send when can

I moved into a new build very recently, default provider was british gas, but we have no account with them. Trying to create one online impossible, and phoning them the wait time it says for an advisor is 15-24 HOURS 15-24 HOURS wait time to be on hold?!
