I'm not an expert, but shouldn't the speed be determined by the population of any given country? Does Canada polute less because of its smaller population?

It's obvious Volcanos & SolarFlares play the major role in ClimateChange through out history. Another eruption like MountPinatubo will drop average global temperature by 1.1 Degree F. We need to reduce Pollution but let's not overstate the human impact as a ClimateCrisis

If it becomes too expensive to produce in Canada, or difficult to get financing, all that happens is producers leave Canada. Then Quebec and Ontario buy even more oil from the Saudis and other oppressive regimes. Reducing GHG is the right goal. This strategy may not work.
