About 7.30am today, police were called to a railway corridor in Pagewood in the city's south.
A group of people had gathered, including one man who had suspended himself from a pole, blocking trains on the freight line.Police have urged people to avoid the area.It follows similar unauthorised protests in Sydney in recent days.

It reminds me of the good old days in Tassie, when environmentalists chained themselves to trees in protest to the Gordon below Franklin Dam development. Although, he seems a bit out of place protesting about climate change on a train line, maybe try a Coal Fire Plant?
Public unconvince to achieve one’s end needs is not acceptable. If you want to protest, which is a legitimate right, do so in a manner that’s least inconvenient. This is social terror tactics. Behind bars please.
