But a pipeline drastically reduces carbon emissions and every other environmental concern, as compared to sending the oil via truck or train. Clearly this is simply judicial activism. And the pipeline was approved like 2 years ago, so isn’t it done already?

Do these Obama appointed judges understand that their rulings need to have a basics in law and the constitution. Their legal opinions are incoherent and bring facts not in evidence, and usually loaded with opinion. Each admin is independent of the other.

Not sure we should be celebrating the fact that now the crude will just continue to be trucked, burning even MORE oil, than efficiently piped to the refineries. Stopping the pipeline in no way stops the production and refining of the oil - it only helps shipping companies.
