ASX-listed microcaps Local Planning Energy and Carbonxt were looking for cash injections on Tuesday morning.Potential investors were told Local Planning Energy is a Queensland energy retailer with electricity, hot water, solar and batteries on contracts.
The offer was priced at 10¢ per share, a 24 per cent discount to the last traded price. It included a listed option with a 30¢ strike price and October, 2023 expiry.The other equity raising candidate today was Carbonxt, a listed producer of activate carbon products for industrial use.
