Announcement? China? When did China ever care to inform the globe when it in fact ' owns' most of it in one way or another. As long as Biden is deeply invested in unions, we too ' belong' to China. Follow the money. From our pockets to their bank accounts.
B.S. They will not cut their emissions ever to a level that will make a significant impact. You assume they care. You should stop that.
