i'm not a scientist, but this seems nonsense to me. my understanding: natural evolution takes a very long time and many generations, while the climate change has developed a speed that no evolution could ever cope with. rats and cockroaches may survive...

Of course they do... it is called ....... Evolution! They evolve and adapt to changes in the environment because the climate always changes... why is this new? Darwin figured this out 150 years ago.

Even fewer people believe in Lamarckism over evolution.

Why not?

Yeah...the elephants ears are going to grow to counteract the effects of climate change...
