Out-of-date food going to waste in a food caddy.can help the climate. Every day in the UK we waste 20m slices of bread, 280 tonnes of poultry, 4.4m potatoes and much more.

And the food we do eat is making us overweight and obese. If Brexit means fewer lorries on the road and higher food prices, that will be good for our co2 emissions.
