"It is an example of rich wealthy people in the western world dictating to poorer countries that they should not be entitled to any form of cheap energy because it's bad for the environment and sod you if you live in poverty. "Every time you've got governments or other organisations saying that we cannot export and burn coal around the world, they are consigning millions - if not billions - of people around the world to poverty forever.
