Despite overwhelming evidence, anyone linking bushfires to climate change is accused of suffering from an 'attention-clamour disorder' and creating a 'faux climate emergency'

Because they have a right wing government who cares about money, remind you of anyone?

The word drought is how old?

Opinion: Australia is being burned alive by arsonists running around setting fires. There.... I FIXED IT FOR YOU!

Australia is being burnt alive by inner city environmentalists who don't understand the bush, you are one who has even less idea as you are explaining Australia's problems from England?

I think they've got a high speed rail to build.

Climate change is a scam and it’s been exposed.

How terrible and cruel! 😣😣💔💔💔💔

Yet another opinion from a writer who thinks Arson is climate change. The devastation of life & the ecological system there is undeniable. This adds to climate issue. This is fact. Not a 💩 opinion, driven by an agenda, spreading misinformation to the gullible.

'Not only are volcanoes melting the ice in Antarctica, previous studies show that underwater volcanoes (not humans) are melting ice in the Arctic.'

QuentinDempster Because our politicians are bought and paid for by fossil fuel companies.

Because of our incompetent government.

No real plan to transition (real meaning serious). We have shitloads of fuels to burn or sell to burn and that cannot be turned off instantly without negative impacts but maintaining it has worse outcomes lesserof2

Because putting thousands of people on the dole so as to replace coal mines with windfarms and nuclear waste dumps doesn't quite sound so impressive outside the metro bubble?

Im in the “we did this to ourselves” camp.

Because the private cost of burning fossil fuels is far below the social cost of burning fossil fuels and no state in the world will fix the market failure unless it can raise tariffs against nations that don't tax fossil fuels up to their social cost or all its industry will go.

By arsonists.

Because those making billions off fossil fuels have hijacked politics and the press and do what they want. They spend all day thinking about profit, and if they have any spare time left at the end of the day, they think about profit a little more.

mharvey_mary Because money

$$$

Not climate crisis 183 burners criminals arrested...

Why did they arrest the arsonists? Should have just arrested climate crisis.

arsonists

Wasn't there like 200 people either arrested for/or suspected of committing arson? I'm not saying some sort of climate crisis isn't playing a role, but if that many people were setting fires. . . that's definitely going to have something to do with it.

How is multiple instances of arson a sign of a “climate crisis”? 🤦🏼‍♂️ Idiot climate cult...

Wait, so the arsonists are now being called 'the climate crisis'? Ok.
