Many households dread April every year as it's known for its poorly timed price increases and bill hikes.However, there is some good news for people as three energy providers confirmed upcoming savings.Energy credit All domestic electricity customers will get €450 off their electricity bills. The energy credit will be paid in three instalments of €150, with the second to be made between 1 March and 30 April 2024.
The Wage Subsidy Scheme gives financial support to employers who employ people with disabilities. The scheme is a workplace support for employers from the Department of Social Protection. There are two planned increases for the year, with one in April and another in August in order to gradually bring the price up.
PrePay Power PrePayPower will be introducing a price decrease from 1 April 2024. Electricity costs will be reduced by 6.7% and gas prices will go down by 6.6%.
