I see him as solely responsible for making appeals and successfully receiving billions and billions of dollars in support of Ukraine’s struggle, thanks to NATO allies and training. Without these finances, especially from the United States, Ukraine would have been defeated right from the beginning. We would be left with a number of not-so-dangerous registrants, such as real foreign lobbyists, who can be deterred by the force of law. More importantly, what would registration exactly allow foreign agents to do once registered?
