Man arrested after Jaguar electric car brakes 'failed' on M62

A man has been arrested after police were called to help a Jaguar electric car stop safely on the M62.

"An investigation, supported by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency , is underway and a 31-year-old man from Bolton has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and causing a public nuisance."READ MORE: Mum's heartbreak as son went to school but never came home Officers from Merseyside Police and Greater Manchester Police needed to use specialist tactics to ram the Jaguar I-PACE and block it between a number of police vehicles, to eventually bring the car to a stop.
