LONDON (Reuters) - Volvo Cars has invested in UK startup Breathe Battery Technologies and will use its battery software to cut charging time for its next generation of electric vehicles by 30%, the two companies said on Tuesday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Issues related to the death of migrants at detention centres, the journalists’ code of ethics and the status of the rare earth export ban will be among the focus of Tuesday 's Dewan Rakyat sitting.

Datuk Wan Saifulruddin Wan Jan will ask the Communications Minister to explain the rationale behind the formulation of the new Journalists’ Code of Ethics announced on Feb 20, considering the implications for media freedom and the framework for comprehensive media regulation.
