Renault and other members of the Software République have unveiled the new U1st Vision concept. It’s an electric van that is envisioned as a mobile health clinic. Moving further back, we can see digital side mirrors and aerodynamically optimized wheels. They’re joined by a rear compartment which has an expansive window much like a traditional storefront. The concept is envisioned as a health pop-up, which is designed to address medical deserts. These are areas where access to healthcare is limited, so a mobile clinic could help fill the void by providing preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment.
