American megastar LeAnn Rimes dropped by a Greater Manchester wellness studio and sampled one of their most popular activities.
"Then she had a sound cradle session with me, sound healer Andrea Tannahill and crystal specialist Aime Kent. Sound cradles are a really popular session at Transcend, it’s a really deep, deep meditation - and of course it was World Meditation Day too! It was lots of fun and hopefully we’ll be seeing LeAnn again soon."
After her session, an exhausted-looking LeAnn admitted: "I'm all zenned out now!" Captioning the video, she wrote: "i think i won #worldmeditationday. if you need me, ill be on the couch for the foreseeable thank you @transcend_tribe for the most amazing day. i can’t wait to come back!" Transcend first opened its doors in March 2018 and runs workshops and events including 80s dance aerobics, spiritual and soul sound baths and reiki and heated yoga. The unique, inclusive space is also home to coffee and crystal shops.
