Discover how AA Ireland's partnership with Ohme, a leading smart charging company, offers discounted EV chargers to encourage more drivers in Ireland to switch to electric vehicles.

is delighted to announce its latest partnership with Cork-based smart charging company Ohme as the new official EV charging partner for its EV Insurance customer base.

“We are delighted to announce that we will be partnering with Ohme as our official home charger supplier,” said Tom McIlduff, CEO at AA Ireland. “Ohme’s award-winning ePod and Home Pro chargers and reputation for excellent customer service meant it was the obvious choice for The AA and a great way to collaborate with a fast-expanding Irish business.”

Priced from €1099, Ohme’s range of smart chargers can connect seamlessly with all of Ireland’s electricity suppliers and automatically adjust an EV’s charging for drivers to take advantage of off-peak tariffs.
