: The Energy Commission has advised the public to prioritise electricity and gas safety in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

According to the ST, if the PAB works properly, it will activate and the electricity supply will be cut off immediately. In addition, switches and electrical equipment not being used at home should be turned off when people return to their hometowns or go on holiday. For safety reasons, ensure gas stoves are safe to use and to use gas stove appliances that have the ST-SIRIM safety label.
