The company has now disclosed its decision to conduct at least two rounds of layoffs, according to WARN notices Bloom filed with the state Employment Development Department.Here are the details for the most recent cutbacks being orchestrated by Bloom Energy:Bloom Energy’s prior layoff disclosures indicated the company had decided to chop 47 positions, affecting workers in Fremont and Sunnyvale. The previous Bloom Energy layoffs were scheduled for Oct. 23.

About 10,400 of those tech industry layoffs in the Bay Area occurred in 2022. As of Nov. 1, tech companies have disclosed plans to slash about 18,900 jobs in the nine-county region.
