Governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Dino Melaye has vowed that the Ajaokuta Steel Company and Itakpe Iron Ore Mining Company will boom for economic gains if elected governor of the state.
Melaye made this vow while addressing supporters at the PDP governorship campaign flag-off at Ekene, Kogi state on Tuesday.Former Senate President Bukola Saraki, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State stormed the PDP’s campaign flag-off.Melaye and Saraki arrived in Kogi state with several chieftains of the main opposition party.
