Honda has said the Prologue, on sale in early 2024, is likely to start in the upper $40,000 range.
Taking advantage of its two-row layout, the Prologue offers plenty of middle-row space and cargo capacity. In its entry-level trim, the Prologue offers 25.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row.Folding down those second-row seats will net you 57.7 cubic feet of cargo. Sadly, there isn’t a front trunk for even more storage, but Honda did add an underfloor bin under the cargo area floor for another 0.8 cubic feet.
The 11-inch digital instrument cluster is ahead of the driver and flanked by an 11.3-inch touchscreen media system that’s affixed to the middle of the dash. This is a departure from the Blazer EV’s massive, single-panel display that handles instrumentation and entertainment. That media system is running Google built-in but also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This Prologue comes with plenty of active safety features and driver-assistance systems packaged under its Honda Sensing banner.
Honda is packaging this Prologue in three tiers. The entry-level EX and middle-rung Touring models come standard with only a single motor powering the front axle, though stepping up to the top-flight Elite nets you all-wheel drive as standard equipment.Heated seats are standard across the board, but the Touring trim upgrades your audio system to a Bose unit.
