landing on your head probably is not good for your health either….

Cold water plunges just after you wake up are a huge boon and I don't need a study to tell me that, experience has taught me the truth. A cold water shower is an OK substitute but not as good, unfortunately I don't have a pool so it's the only option I have.

But the heart attacks are real.

I’m old enough to remember when “the Science” said 2 weeks to flatten the curve.

I'm out. I could get Ammonia. laurelandhardy Cold Colder 🥶

Just more clowns doing what’s trendy for the gram. Then will go on a 20 minute rant about how it’s great for xyz ailments because someone told them on a podcast

The coldest water I’m dipping in is 70 degrees. I actually want my water close to boiling when I get in

Jumping into feezing water causes heart attacks, dip in slowly! This is relly good for blood circulation. Very common in Finland, we have a lot of lakes but not for me!

Ice baths to prevent bruising after heavy contact sports makes sense. Everything else is nonsense

Celebrities are just regular folk.

Been happening around the world every winter for as long as I can remember. But some butt-clown posts it in social media and it's 'news'. This is what's wrong.

Once was enough in Antarctica

When one goes into cardiac arrest they’ll stop

“For their social media feeds” That’s the problem right there 📍

Jobs, get one

Ap will tell you the exact opposite of whatever the result is. They are full of 💩 liars.,

Too bad people don’t believe you anymore AP. Or the “science”

Don't believe the hype-othermia.

The science is still out but very promising:

I passed out after hitting the water the first time I ever did this. Thankfully wasn’t doing it alone
