What pay gap?
In order to reduce the 'gender pay gap' women have to be paid more than men for doing the same job. The idea is preposterous!
Which companies would these be? Jenny McAllister needs to name them so that the public knows and can boycott them.
If there's such a ' gender pay gap', why aren't companies firing all the men & hiring all the women? Think of all the payroll $$$ they'd save if it were true.
Q. Who are these companies discriminating with pay? Why are they still trading? Why haven’t the left named & shamed them, cancelled them even? A. Because there are none! White males are now bottom of the pecking order and getting the raw deal!
If women aren't going to face up to the myriad reasons for the wage gap, maybe they shouldn't be voting. In a nutshell, here is the reason: men are machines that work until they wear out. Women have children.
The gender pay gap is easily solvable, we just need a few millionaires to change their birth certificate. The sex based one, much harder
