Lynx Motors has introduced electric versions of the Ford GT and DeLorean DMC-12. The GT1e is claimed to have 2,400 hp and a 0-60 mph time of 1.5 seconds. The DMC-EV is slated to have an updated design as well as up to 250 miles of range. Lynx Motors has introduced the GT1e and DeLorean DMC-EV. The latter is self explanatory, while the former is an electric Ford GT.
The firm also promised “new enhancements such as a roll cage, side intrusion protection, and traction control.” Powertrain details sound a little sketchy, but the company said the car will have a quad-motor all-wheel drive system with a combined output of 2,400 hp . Lynx claims this will enable the GT1e to rocket from 0-60 mph in 1.5 seconds and reach an estimated top speed of around 320 mph . The company also claimed the model is “targeted to break the street legal production top speed.
