Ikot Abasi, Nigeria – RUSAL ALSCON is proud to celebrate one year of participation in the Russia-Nigeria bilateral educational program. This initiative has seen seven candidates from Ikot Abasi – four boys and three girls – successfully pass the program’s rigorous tests and embark on their educational journey.

RUSAL ALSCON provided comprehensive support to these candidates, including assistance with obtaining foreign passports, education certificates, and necessary vaccinations. The company organized a trip to Abuja for document legalization and processing, ensuring that all formalities were completed smoothly.

To prepare the candidates for their studies, RUSAL ALSCON established a new computer laboratory where they consolidated their knowledge of essential modern software. Additionally, RUSAL employees conducted several lectures covering various topics, such as life in Russia, academic challenges, and weather conditions, to help the students acclimate to their new environment.

Despite the current economic challenges, RUSAL ALSCON remains committed to educational initiatives that benefit the community.
