It’s no secret that Malaysian automotive company Proton is working on its very 1st electric vehicle and it looks like an announcement on the matter is imminent. In fact, Proton has been taking to its official social media accounts to tease its EV-related event taking place on 12 June.
On its Facebook page, Proton has been counting down to 12 June with not-so-subtle hints about its upcoming EV product. Yesterday, the national car manufacturer said that it’s paving “the way to a greener future” with the usage of the hashtags #PROTONEV and #StartofSomethingElectrifying giving the jig away.
Today, the company said that it’s embracing the “latest technology advancements” and that on 12 June, you can witness the start of the new revolution.
