ABUJA – FOLLOWING the collapse of a mining site in Galadima Kogo, Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State, President Bola Tinubu, has condoled with victims and families who lost their loved ones in the incident.

The President maintained that his administration was committed to intensifying the monitoring of mining operations to ensure conformity to environmental standards. “Though we learned the disaster was due to heavy downpour, we are committed to intensifying the monitoring of mining operations to ensure conformity to environmental standards.”
