NSW families could be eligible for an energy rebate of up to $180 to help pay for electricity bills, as well as a lump sum payment of up to $500. Residents of the state who receive the Family Tax Benefit may be eligible for the 2023-24 Family Energy Rebate of up to $180, according to the state government.

If you are a retail customer, you can apply for the NSW Family Energy Rebate online.
