SHAH ALAM: Sebuah syarikat Western Power Clean Energy Sdn. Bhd. memfailkan tuntutan ganti rugi sebanyak RM368,650,879.20 terhadap Worldwide Holdings Berhad yang didakwa melanggar Perjanjian Pembangunan Bersama dan Perjanjian Pemegang Saham .

WPCESB dalam satu kenyataan memaklumkan, kedua-dua perjanjian itu dibuat melalui syarikat Worldwide Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. bagi membangun membina, mengurus, mengendalikan, dan menjaga sebuah kemudahan rawatan termal untuk rawatan sisa dan penukaran sisa kepada tenaga di Jeram, Kuala Selangor.
