Apartment block strata committees are coming up with increasingly illogical reasons for not installing electric vehicle charging in their garages, and it is starting to affect people’s ability to rent and sell their properties.

Seems like a no brainer. My parents’ apartment strata committee got a grant from the City of Sydney when they installed smart EV charging back in 2018. These strata committees should strive to keep up with the times.
