New services mean you can have a greener vehicle on your driveway for little commitment

So why wouldn’t you start leasing an electric car on the same month-to-month terms?, drivers can now get electric cars on a renewable monthly basis, with everything included – even free charging.

I do like the idea of these services, but they would need tailoring to the individual. E.g. I’d only pay a fraction of that for insurance, would want 80% home charging (include Octopus energy)/ cap rapid to n kWh per month, don’t need congestion charge coverage, etc. cocars ?

Little commitment other than being taken to the cleaners every month.

Subscribe to an E Car I think we ALL do anyway. Surely, the only reason they exist is because of HEAVY subsidies provided by the people!

There is a more conventional concept for it: Rent! Renault is just offering long term car rental.
