Ixora Energy wants to develop an anaerobic digestion plant on land at Vale View Farm off Nottingham Lane, Old Dalby, near Melton Mowbray.Managing director, Darren Stockley, said the plant would be "instrumental" in tackling the district's future energy challenges.
